We recently finished a refurbishment in Sidcup, that changed a 3 bedroom and bathroom first floor, into 4 bedrooms and bathroom (without extending).

The old bathroom was changed into a box room, with a new, larger bathroom being formed between the two old double bedrooms.

We also removed chimneys, lowered ceilings (in preparation for a Loft Conversion), replaced windows, added pocket sliding doors, plastered and decorated throughout.
