One Bedroom, Utility & Shower Room, Surrey Quays

This one bedroom Loft Conversion was for a flat in Surrey Quays.  It consisted of a one bedroom, shower room and we also added a utility room for the flat sharers. A great way to utilise the space, and create further rooms.

Damien and his team carried out a loft conversion creating a bedroom, en-suite bathroom and utility room. The work was completely to a very high standard and has completely transformed the Property. Damien was very easy to work with – and was flexible when I wanted to slightly amend the design to make more of the space. Damien’s team were highly professional and clean and tidy.
