I genuinely got the feeling he was planning his own loft conversion rather than a customers. His workforce were all kind,punctual, and above all professional. All of them are a credit to his company, and Damien told me from the start he has a core bunch of workers who he uses and trusts them and knows the quality of their work. Even when the loft conversion was coming to an end any little change you wanted was immediately seen to. Damien played a very active role in overseeing the finishing touches to the conversion. And the final result is a loft conversion which far surpasses my initial thoughts of what I first had planned . I’ve had exceptional feedback from family, neighbours etc. some of which have approached the company for work themselves. They really are a 5 star company and I couldn’t have been happier I contacted them because in an industry where trust is a massive issue, they take all the worry away.
